What is screen printing, and when should you use it?
Screen printing pushes ink through a fine mesh stencil onto your product. It’s the quickest and most affordable way to print a logo or design on a flat surface.
The product can be almost any shape. What matters is the spot where your design goes: it needs to be flat, like the front of a bag, the lid of a box or the panel of a machine.
For bottles, mugs and other round products we use round printing. For curved, uneven or tiny print areas we use pad printing. Not sure which fits? Send us a photo of the product and we’ll tell you.

Can you screen print on fabric and uniforms?
Yes. We screen print polo shirts, uniforms, jackets, ties, bags and yoga mats in bold, solid colour. We print a sample on your own piece before the full order.
What can’t be screen printed?
Round, concave, convex or uneven print areas. Bottles, mugs and jars need round printing, and curved or tiny parts like balls, switches and pens need pad printing.
How much does screen printing cost in Mumbai?
It mainly depends on quantity. Bulk orders cost less per piece. Small runs cost more per piece, because fixed costs like making the screen, ink and chemicals are shared across fewer pieces. Send your requirements and we’ll explain the options.
What is the minimum order for screen printing?
You can start with 10 to 20 pieces, and we take bulk orders too. The price per piece drops as the quantity goes up.
Do you take screen printing job work on our own products?
Yes, that’s how we work: you supply the products and we print them. We need 2 or 3 extra pieces for the sample.
Can you screen print at our premises?
Yes, in Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Bhiwandi and Vasai-Virar, and anywhere in India for large orders. We just need enough space to set up and work.
Should I choose screen printing or pad printing?
