What is bottle printing, and how is it done?
Bottle printing puts your logo or design straight onto the bottle, so there’s no sticker to peel or fade. It suits corporate gifts, event giveaways, gym and sports bottles, and branded bottles for retail.
Most bottles are round printed: the bottle turns under a fine mesh screen, so the print wraps evenly around it. Flat bottles are screen printed, and small caps or curved parts are pad printed.

Which bottles can you print on?

How is a logo printed on a bottle?
Usually by round printing: the bottle rotates under a screen, so the logo wraps evenly around it. Flat bottles are screen printed instead.
Will the print come off when the bottle is washed?
The print is made to last with regular use and washing. Tell us how the bottles will be used and we’ll choose the right ink for them.
Can you print a different name on each bottle?
Yes. Each name needs its own screen, so it suits smaller gift orders. Tell us how many names and bottles you need and we’ll suggest the most economical way.
What is the minimum order for bottle printing?
Usually 10 to 20 bottles. Small runs are welcome, though they cost more per bottle because the setup is shared across fewer pieces.
Can you print our logo in more than one colour?
Yes. Each colour is printed separately with its own screen, so every extra colour adds to the cost. One or two colours suit most bottles.
Can you print bottles at our office or warehouse?
Yes. For bulk orders we print on-site in Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Bhiwandi and Vasai-Virar, and anywhere in India. We just need space to set up and work.
